At Alberdi Mekanizatuak we are experts in machining and cutting any type of part and for more than 60 years now, we have been offering fully guaranteed and reliable solutions to our customers. Our working philosophy is based on the personalised service that sets us apart from our competitors in the sector.
In addition to machining parts made of steel, plastic, stainless, bronze and many other materials, we offer a comprehensive service that encompasses from machining to delivery as well as managing the final product stock. Our goal is to maximise efficiency and minimise costs for our customers.
1958
ESTABLISHMENT
More than 60 years ago, Alberdi was established as a family owned company in Azkoitia.
1983
ALBERDI BROTHERS
The company moves to a new location, where Taller Hermanos Alberdi was born.
2017
NEW INSTALLATIONS
The new installations are inaugurated, with an approximate surface area of 3,000 m2, distributed into two workshops.

Acquisition of MECANIZADOS GURRUTXAGA

Project management
We take care of everything from purchasing the raw material, to the final treatment and sub-assembling of parts, carrying out all the administrative tasks the customer wants to avoid and optimizing costs.
Technical department
Our Technical Office is permanently carrying out quality tests throughout the entire process, using advanced inspection systems (3D Measurement) and without limiting ourselves to the final control. We work the programming of parts with CAD-CAM.
Production
For over 50 years now we have been offering fully guaranteed and reliable solutions to our customers. We work from customer drawings and have experience working with steel, stainless, aluminium, bronze, plastics and many more materials.
Quality
Quality is a constant we apply to our products as well as our services, based on a systematic effort that covers all processes. Additionally, our management methodology and the rigour of our work, has helped us achieve a quality system certification based on standard UNE EN ISO 9001-2015.
Logistics
We have our own vehicles, which allows us to provide faster deliveries. For national and international orders, we work with logistic companies of prestige to guarantee a safe and timely delivery of your orders.
